1. Listing Authenticity & Warranties
Agencies warrant that all listings uploaded or synchronized via XML/CSV feeds represent authentic, current real estate mandates with legal authorization to market from property owners.
2. Inbound Lead Handling
Buyer inquiries submitted through Terraly are routed exclusively to the listing agency without intermediary commission splits on standard platform subscriptions.
3. Service Level & Uptime
Terraly maintains a target platform uptime SLA of 99.9% for 3D globe rendering, search APIs, and lead webhook distribution.
